A 50-minute integrative psychological therapy session, tailored to your individual needs. All therapy is with a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist who has been trained in a range of evidence-based interventions.

A trauma processing psychological therapy session, tailored to your individual needs. All therapy is with a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist who has been trained in a range of evidence-based interventions.
Typically EMDR processing sessions are 90 minutes long, but I understand sometimes this does not work with everyone’s life context. This is why I also offer shorter EMDR sessions for 50-minutes at my usual rate.

Where are your therapy rooms?
Therapy will be held at Lift & Empower, 98 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 7LP. This is a secure space that only known members can attend. They also offer other wellbeing spaces that you may be interested in joining.
I know how important it is to have therapy in a confidential space that you feel safe and welcomed. This is why I put a lot of thought into finding a therapy room that will make you feel at ease, and as soon as I found this space I knew it would be the perfect place to support you on your journey to feeling like you again.
What platform is used for online therapy?
For online therapy, I use Microsoft Teams. You will be emailed a link when you book your appointment. For regular appointments, I use a recurring link to avoid the confusion that can be caused by having multiple links.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require more than 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate.
When you enquire with me, I will email you all of my policies including my Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I currently accept Bupa and WPA insurance.
